Since I play it mostly acoustically, I'll add my Godin Fifth Avenue Jazz model. It is very easy to play, and bridge height is instantly adjustable.
Otherwise, the clear winner is my Taylor 214ce, the first and only Taylor I've had. Wondering, though, if the new v-class bracing is worth checking.
