Structure: The assembly of any design in totality.
Integrity: The ability of said design to remain in the form it was designed to be in.
Anything short of those goals would be considered a lack in structural integrity, at least for my money.

I do try to read posts here as they are written. Re-interpreting what someone is actually trying to say isn't my thing.
