Me too. It's an obvious thing to catch in an inspection. But then I'd think the transducer locations would have been
really obvious too. I did send them an email through their website not long after I got #1, and mentioned the gap at the nut and that I planned on returning it. I expected they'd say something like - "Yeah that shouldn't happen. We'll look into it." But I never heard a word back.
Maybe there's a better way to contact them. If anyone has had luck conversing with Journey I'd appreciate it if you'd let me know.
