Here's a really simple Celtic tune on a '61 D-21. This is one of my few remaining steel string guitars and I really like how it sounds in alternative tunings.
I think if we'd all let our instruments try to wear multiple hats, we'd be pleasantly surprised at how well they're capable of handling them ...
