Nothing a little hit & run couldn't overcome...
I remember a Dodgers game back in the 80's where they were winning 13-0 in the ninth inning. The other team scored a couple, then a couple more... They kept scoring. When they had about 7 runs, Tommy Lasorda started getting really animated. Every run they scored after that, he went off a little more. By the time they tied it up, he was throwing all kinds of stuff in the dugout, anything he could get his hands on. When they scored the go ahead run, I remember him throwing the water cooler all the way down the dugout. The players were pretty much huddled together in a mass to avoid getting killed by him... To this day, that was one of the most entertaining innings of baseball I've ever seen.
