Kevin Kopp L-02 SOLD
8 Attachment(s)
I have reluctantly decided to sell my Kevin Kopp L-02. Amazing instrument in virtually as new condition. Bought new from Kevin via a specialist dealer in the US but I'm really an electric player so this one has had very little play, hence the condition. Always correctly stored in its case in the optimum environment and this is a smoke free home.
The Kopp L-02 is super rare in this country and if you wanted to import one it would cost well over £5k including shipping, tax and duties, not to mention the waiting list. See Kevin's website for detailed information on his building ethos and this particular model. Anyone willing to make the trip can come play it, no obligation. I have a couple of MP3 sound files that came with the guitar if anyone wants them emailing. The price is SOLD, collected in person from Sheffield. Message for any further info on specs or anything else. Many thanks. |
Apologies to all who enquired about the guitar. I have been in hospital and unable to check the forum. Not covid related so visits are fine. Back home now and on the mend so please feel free to message.
Jon, please clear some inbox space and I can reply. Thanks. Steven |
Hi Steven, just cleared some space. Glad to hear you’re on the mend!

Hi Jon, your PM inbox is full again. You're obviously more popular than me :)

And it’s clear again [emoji2]

Just visited and played this. A lovely little guitar. Still a tight sound - it’s really seen very little play. Great condition but sadly not for me.
|
Thanks Mike. It was very nice to meet you and hear you play. And you're quite right; the Kopp needs a new home where it will be played and enjoyed regularly.
|
Open to offers for this rare and exceptional instrument. Anyone into their blues won't find a better partner.
|
Taken lots of new pictures of the Kopp. Too many to post here so anyone wanting them e-mailing drop me a message. Thanks.

Beautiful instrument still available, all welcome to come and try. One of only three in the UK, I believe.

Looks great, don’t know much about his guitars really, how would you describe it which other brands would you compare too? Looks Gibson-esque if picking one of the bigger acoustic brands styles
Might be tricky getting to Sheffield from London unfortunately but am sure there’s ways round this if it’s the one! Cheers |
Thanks for the post RJ, have sent you a PM with more info.
