Old time, blues... and bagpipes?
Okay, so I guess I'll follow the trend and post a link to my youtube channel. You should probably avoid it if you have any aversion to banjos. And bagpipes. In-fact, folk music in general. But there are a lot of acoustic guitar bits on there too, which I guess might be entertaining to somebody.
So, here's the channel: https://www.youtube.com/user/lostmychops And here's an example of some of the wonders to be found therein. (I use the term 'wonders' loosely.) |

Three self penned songs - and more.
Hi, I have been making videos of three song sets, which I call my "Lonesome House Concert"series.
This one - Session No.7, features three songs that I wrote, No1 -"Homesick for a Place I've Never Been" is a song I wrote back in 1999 about my long time yearning to visit Texas - a dream fulfilled in 2004/5. No2 - "Here & Gone" (3:48) is my song about my father, and like the previous song kinda has verses relating to different times. This one is really about being haunted but in a nice way. Note the varying constriction of the bridge. No.3 (8:45) is a light hearted song about my tendency to hesitate. I hope you'll spend a few minutes with me - and I always welcome comments and questions. https://youtu.be/N9yEtRx9Ca8 |
