Voyage Air VAD-06 Dreadnought Travel Guitar (Mahogany/Sitka) - Lowered Price
SOLD.
Serial #08120085. Purchased new 10/12. Full-size Dreadnought foldable travel guitar. 15¾” wide. 4¾” deep. Solid Sitka Spruce top with scalloped X-bracing and 3-ring rosette. Laminate Mahogany back and sides. Gloss finish on body. Mahogany satin finish neck, with folding neck-hinge system. Rosewood fingerboard with dot position markers. 1 11/16” nut width / 25.4" scale. Rosewood bridge and heel cap. Black plastic end pin. Ebony bridge pins with MOP center dots (upgraded from OEM pins). Proprietary Voyage Air "captured" nut. Bone saddle (upgraded from OEM saddle material). Black peghead veneer with gold logo. 6-ply top binding. Upgraded tortoise-style pickguard (from OEM black pickguard). Chrome tuners. "Deluxe" rigid foam case. One-owner guitar in new condition. Protective plastic film still on pickguard. No play wear or cosmetic issues of any kind. These guitars have an ingenious folding neck and sound impressively good, especially considering the price and the portability of the design. I just haven't had the need for a travel guitar - - and if you heard me play, you would tell me to do it in the privacy of my own home, too. The VAD-06 model was discontinued and replaced by the current VAD-04 model at a lower price. However, the VAD-06 model had a higher grade of solid Sitka Spruce top and the Deluxe foam case as standard, where the VAD-04 has the lower level "Transit" foam case. Price lowered to $sold shipped via FedEx Ground in the continental USA only. PayPal accepted. Trusted Seller
I've said it before, I'll say it now--
This is a seller you can depend on. It will be as he said, or better. I would buy from again and recommend Martz911 without reservation. |
woodbox - thanks for the kind comments. :)

Mid-week bump.
|
friendly bump
I showed this listing to a buddy last night and was surprised to find it on page 4, so here's a friendly bump to page one on a VoyageAir with the cool case.
No affiliation other than I have bought from seller before as I mentioned above, and I like my Voyage Air OM. This is a good deal for someone looking for a VA Dreadnaught. |
V Guitar
curious, where are these made?
|
To bryaharrell - Voyage Air guitars are built in China before they go through final inspection and set-up in California.

Mid-week bump.
|
Worth it just for the much more protective case that also zips in two for a lower profile.
|
Weekend bump.
|
Price lowered to $425 shipped in the continental USA.
|
Still available.

I'm the proud new owner. Martz911 was awesome to do business with. Thanks again!
