BSG OM 32f 12 fret Western Red Cedar over Madagascar (SOLD!!!)

12 Attachment(s)
Absolute tone monster handmade in he Czech Republic here. If Furch is the Czech Martin/Taylor, BSG is the Collings/Bourgeois. This thing sounds like a medieval cathedral. Rich, resonant, lush, slightly dark, with reverb and overtones for days. Unreal bass as well. Very easy to play with a comfortable neck and fast action. Type OM 32f into Google and see some samples from the Fellowship of the Acoustics, a European ‘Dream Guitars.’ Definitely a fingerstyle cannon. Guitar is in all but mint condition as there might be a tiny ding on the Western Red Cedar top. Beautiful Madagascar RW as well. Tastefully adorned with perfect amount of old world flourish. $SOLD!!!

From the original selling store:

Custom features/Upgrades/Remarks: Slotted head, 12 fret with White pearl Trim, Torch, Snowflake inlays
BSG OM-32-F Fingerstyle 12 fret, a magnificent guitar of great beauty. It features gorgeous Quartersawn Madagascar Rosewood back and sides, Dark Western red cedar top, rosewood bound Ebony fingerboard with distinctive white pearl inlay, Ebony bridge, Dark rosewood bound Body impressive but distinctive white pearl Trim, Rosewood bound slotted Ebony headstock with matching white pearl Flowerpot inlay and trim, back of the headstock and heelcap capped with matching Madagascar rosewood. Beautiful marquetry Ziricote Soundhole rosette with single white pearl abalone rosette, This OM is equipped with 44.8mm (1 3/4") width at the nut, 650mm (25.5") scale and 59mm(2 5/16") fingerspacing at the bridge.
This guitar is a fingerstyle and ragtime dream but very versatile and is kind to strummers also. The Madagascar is the closest thing to the substance and dynamics of Brazilian rosewood and is becoming a rare wood already. The tops are voiced by hand to provide both excellent clarity for lower string tension and beautiful deep cutting through rounded dark bass that is never in the way but clearly available at demand. A guitar also very strong in the mix when recorded. This is a high end guitar that competes in our shop with the likes of Collings and Lowden to name a few. Still offered at a very attractive price level! Comes with case.

Hi Fitness—yes, that should be the guitar. There are a couple of videos out there of this one. I’m happy to provide a sound sample if anyone would like although these guys play better than me! Thanks!

I do indeed. I’d suggest we go into a 12 step program but most likely that would just lead to 12 new and/or swapped guitars [emoji854]
