PRICE DROP: 2010 Bernie Lehmann 1887 (OM/000) in spruce/Swiss pear - NOW $old

Here is a beautiful 2010 Model 1887 built by Bernie Lehmann in Rochester, NY. This is an OM/000 body type and it sounds great! I have actually owned this guitar twice...once purchased from Bernuzio's and bought back after I sold it some time ago.

It is made out of incredibly quartered spruce and the guitar is light, resonant, and LOUD. I think it is sitka, but I'm not 100% sure. The steamed Swiss pear back and sides are beautiful and give the tone a dry, mahogany-like tone. It is pretty strong in the fundamental but with really nice overtone content.

It is in pretty good condition, with a few imperfections from building and just a few marks here and there. It looks like there is a shim under the fingerboard extension with some light marks around the heel. The pickguard has been taken off, so there is a tan line, but if never bothered me enough to do anything about it. It may have been a shop demo model at some point...but again, not sure about that. Repair history is unknown, but other than the shim, I don't think there have been any, and it doesn't appear to need anything done to it.

Bernie is one of my favorite builders and I think he nailed it with this one.

Here are some specs I was able to measure to the best of my ability:
Upper bout: 11.5 inches
Lower bout: 15.5 inches
Scale: 25.125 inches
String spacing at saddle: 2.25 inches
Nut: 1.75 inches
Depth at heel: 3.5 inches
Depth at tail: 4.125 inches
