Epiphone Hummingbird

Hi has anyone ever changed the jack socket on an Epiphone Hummingbird. Cannot get my hand in without dislocating at least 3 bones including my shoulder. Any suggestions would be most appreciated by the NHS.

Having the right tools goes a long way.

Tool = jack on a steel rod so you can push it throug to the sound hole and draw it back to the guitar edge

Bend a coat hook straight. Insert coat hook through jack hole and push up to sound hole. Tape jack to coat hook and fish it into place. Works like a charm.

I just use a 1/4" dowel.
