For those of us who double on bass...

Brand new from Guild - so new there aren't even any specs listed (I had to backdoor this one through another link):

Classic Guild cosmetic cues, but with some modern updates: mahogany double-cut body, single split 1966-style "Mickey Mouse" pickup/single volume-tone, harp tailpiece with anchored Gretsch-style TOM bridge, large cloverleaf tuners, estimated street price $600+/- ; with a set of medium or medium-heavy flats it should fit in well with acoustic instruments - deep but clear, and those flatwounds will keep it out of the way of your guitarist's lower register while allowing you to solo in cello range - and if you ever dreamed of owning Phil Lesh's "Big Brown" or Jack Casady's original Guild/Alembic, here's an inexpensive mod platform if you have the time/patience...

That looks pretty nice!

Pretty cool! I have a similar bass made by Gretsch. As you said, it really fits in well with acoustic instruments using flats.

That's a handsome unit.

No worries - this one is a short-scale...
