Very pretty guitar Mark. Thanks for sharing the videos. It's got a loud, clear and perfectly balanced tone! GLWS

Thanks Dave. Yes, balanced is a good descriptor.

I’m buying this if the funds come in time. So nice!

Cool. Because I'm running out of dumb things to say to bump this thread. 😊

Fantastic price for a model that is no longer available, not just in terms of shape, but also bracing.

Do you mind if I ask which two dreadnoughts you deem superior to the 810 for comparison's sake? The reason I ask is because if they are guitars that are a lot more expensive, then I can see why you're letting this one go. But if there is a different reason why you prefer them over the 810, then I would be interested to know what the reasons are in case they would also be applicable to me or other potential buyers.

No, I don't mind. My other 2 dreadnoughts are both Martin Standards, a D-35 Retro and an HD-28V. I certainly wouldn't rate them as superior, just different voices, but between those 2 and my Taylor 814, I have my bases covered for rosewood, ergo the desire to sell the 810.

Man, there's only like 3 of these listed on Reverb right now.

Tried, true and traditional X-braced technology.

Boy, this one is killing me! IF I hadn't just bought the Bourgeois a few months ago, this one would be mine for sure!!

I've gone back and forth on selling over the last few months myself, but since I picked up the HD-28V earlier this year, I've decided I can live without it. Trying to divest myself of a few guitars here over the next few months, including an early-ish Martin CEO-7 and a Taylor 324, BOTH w/ after market K&K Minis on board. Stay tuned.
