Hello Steve...If you want a stock X7-OS then MacNichols out of Salt Lake City might have one. Also Ted at L.A. Guitars might have one in stock(California).
Both are AGF sponsors and are really great guys!!! Find their links on the right side of the main page...
As an alternative...Google Emerald at their web-site and Alistair will sell you one direct...this is how I got my Green X20-OS...in case you want some custom options...(P.S. about a 2 month lead time if he has to build it for you)...

Not sure if LA guitars sales has any? You could try the fretted frog in echo park - I know they have emeralds from time to time.
