Beaks To Be Fed
I have a male Wattle Bird that follows a pair of Magpies that come for a feed at my home.
They wait for me on my rotary clothesline. https://i.imgur.com/iD1qWYvl.jpg https://i.imgur.com/l3emBVWl.jpg https://i.imgur.com/X7tRXS1l.jpg The male Wattle Bird has this lovely smudge of yellow coloring on his underbelly. And just to prove it's not always sunny, here's some shots from today. https://i.imgur.com/YGiC4SVl.jpg https://i.imgur.com/rv8f8Mdl.jpg |
I love it. What interesting critters.

Very nice.
My wife feeds the hummingbirds and I worry that she's making them a bunch of slackers...... I wonder? |
Very cool avian neighbors. For that matter, haven't seen a "rotary clothesline" since I was a kid....

Bruce has birdbrained friends! :D

Your magpies look a bit different than here in the Rockies

I like your picture too - in fact I like all your shots, that fox in the snow of yours is a favorite of mine. https://i.imgur.com/J5FAt0yl.jpg |
Thanks for posting more great pictures, Bruce!
