La Conner pics?
I swiped this pic off Brent McElroy's FB page - I hope he doesn't mind. It would be great to have pics shared by people who are attending! Wish I could be there.

Chris and Jeremy Jenkins Lame Horse Guitars continue to impress with their latest batch and the magnetically attached and removable armrest is a cool feature I hadn't seen on their guitars before. Ryan Middlebrook and Billie Kinnaird with exquisitely crafted and beautiful sounding 00, 000 and OM models exhibited.
Linda Manzer explaining her commission for "The Dark Universe" guitar and the 60's Star Trek episode that inspired it. These sub-par phone pics do not capture the detail hand painting on both sides that is amazing. I got to hear her arch top demo'd later at the show and it sounds as good as it looks. John Kinnaird outdid himself with 4 guitars. New 00 Black and White ebony 12 fret guitar, a Cocobolo West Coast Model and a beautifully sun bursted single 0 along with the Paduk guitar at the left end which sold before the end of the first day! Sam Guidry with his stunning Mokume guitar. He also brought a lovely Birdseye Maple guitar shown a couple of posts below this one. John Datlen tempted me yet again with his single 0 cocobolo guitar and a beautiful Tree mahogany build. Mike Baranik's Colorado Blue Spruce and Cocobolo guitar was another favorite along with his 00-M manchinga model. I have always been impressed with Fred Tellier guitars and he is a great guy.Attachment 22480Attachment 22481Attachment 22482Attachment 22483Attachment 22484

Thanks for posting, Doug. That Linda Manzer guitar is, um, out of this world.

Hey Stan ... I agree ... that Manzer is amazing. I did a photo shoot of it a couple of weeks ago and got a good look at it. She pushes the envelope (in a good way)! |
