Nice little electric 12 string. Been playing around with it today. Should add some fun character to my music. Stock pics below, real pics to come soon.

i have a Dano 12 too, great sounding 12 string electric. Love the burst and the F hole. Mine is Black w/no F hole. Good luck with it

I've had my eye on that model for awhile, now.

I'll be looking forward to your review once you've played it a while.

Congrats Todd! Something we don't see too often in the electric guitar world are 12 strings. Have fun.

BoneDigger 04-21-2018 10:19 PM

I've been having a lot of fun with it. The setup is quite good and the tone and playability are great. It really is quite different from a standard 6 string electric.

Oh boy, here we go. GAS is building up...

what gauge of strings do they come with? Thanks.

BoneDigger 04-22-2018 07:06 PM

I haven't researched that, but I'm assuming light gauge, maybe 9s.

I played one at my local GC and I think that they are 9s

Thanks.

I really like this guitar.

I have a real love/hate relationship with 12 strings. Love the sound, hate changing strings.

Enjoy your new one.

BoneDigger 04-23-2018 09:37 AM

Yeah, I have an acoustic Guild 12 string and it's a pain to change strings, so I always use coated strings on it to last longer.

Bluside 04-23-2018 05:28 PM

Where did you find the Danelectro?

Edit...nevermind. I see it on the GC website. Thinking....

DissonantTimbre 04-23-2018 05:46 PM

How is the intonation past the 12th fret?
