The La's Live - "There She Goes"

Who knows how great they could have been... What's great is how normal they look, in terms of clothing. Pretty cool. (Note the old Hofner hollow-body electric, sounding great!)

The LAs have a great story, well worth checking out. They certainly didn't hurt the carrier of Nashville's Leigh Nash, either. ;)

The bass player, John Power, left to form Cast who had a more successful career.

Nice one. There was some class bands from the city in that post-Eric's era but none really broke out, eh? Anything involving Michael Head is worth investigating but a personal highlight was seeing Shack back Arthur Lee for a play through Forever Changes.
Just found some footage of a low key acoustic gig...

Power was a very good bass player. A lot of energy. He was a big part of The La's.
