Jeff Daniels Concert

He will be having a live virtual concert on Sat @7PM PT, from his home. I've never heard of him until I got the notice from a local concert venue. I looked him up and he sounds pretty good- seems like a good acoustic guitarist and entertainer. I think he's more noted for his acting.

Anyway, In case you are interested. I think it was $20. Just google "Poway Onstage".

Jeff is the best of what Michigan has to offer. Very capable guitarist, incredible songwriter (songs to make you laugh and cry) and wonderful entertainer.

I've seen him several times and never left disappointed.

This is from a local show a few years back...I was in the front row when he pulled the Emmy he just won for The Newsroom out of a box on the stage.

Perfect time for a picture!;)

Didn't realised he played and sang - somewhere between John Prine and Guy Clark in style on the video on the Poway site, but I found this one too:

I'll add him to the list of actors worth seeing doing music after Hugh Laurie, Jeff Goldblum and Kiefer Sutherland (who I have already seen twice and will do so again).

He was also in Gettysburg (the movie). Gifted all-around artist b
