This outstanding example of a Collings OM2H is elevated by a slightly deeper body, which gives an already superb instrument a slightly louder presence with more bass response. The short scale makes it a joy to play. Always kept in my non-smoking, humidified music room. Never gigged. Selling this and another instrument to finance a custom order.

As you’re probably aware, Collings is one of a handful of guitar makers - Goodall, Lowden and Santa Cruz are others - who share the distinction of being handmade in a workshop overseen by a single luthier. That loving attention to detail is evident in this instrument... you can’t miss it.

I've bought and sold many pre-owned guitars on AGF, but I've never sold a guitar in better condition than this. No scratches, dings or dents of any kind.

Solid Indian Rosewood back and sides; solid Sitka spruce top; solid Mahogany neck. 1-¾" nut width. 2-3/16 string spacing. Depth: 3-¾" inches at the top; 4-⅝" at the bottom. From a playability perspective, I don't really notice the deep body. It's as comfortable as any of my other guitars. But it pays dividends in the bigger, richer sound. Made in 2010.

SOLD. Includes original hard-shell case in excellent condition and warranty card. If you're in Southern California, please come by and play it for yourself.

Nothing like a springtime trip to Southern California, Jesse...

Someone asked about the depth of the guitar, which is slightly thicker than the standard OM. It's 3-¾" inches at the top and 4-⅝" at the bottom. From a playability perspective, I don't really notice the difference. It's as comfortable as any of my other guitars.
