SOLD by original owner is a 2016 Alvarez Artist Folk AF610EBK Acoustic-Electric Guitar in near mint condition. No trades please. This is an OM sized guitar, and is striking in appearance with the high gloss black finish, white binding, and the rosewood & abalone rosette. Here are some specs:

• Solid A+ Western Red Cedar Top
• Layered Mahogany back & sides
• Scale length: 24.75" (630 mm)
• Nut width: 1-3/4" (44.45 mm)
• Real bone nut and saddle
• Alvarez B-Band SYS250 3-Band EQ w/Tuner

The guitar has been professionally set-up for fingerstyle play (low action [5/64"] and low relief), and it looks, plays, and sounds great. Will ship in a new premium Alvarez arched top, tweed covered, hardshell case (a $90 value).
