Ah yes, the "Rufus" mug. Not the best part of getting a new Emerald, but definitely icing on the cake.

That is a great video; lots of good info. My favorite part: "Cuz I wouldn't tell you, anyway!" :D

I have no idea how they mould that as one piece, but I am glad they do - I love the seamless look on my Emeralds. Interesting about the varying thickness in the top. The X20 is certainly resonant when you tap the top.
