Oh My! Schoenberg Klepper 000-12c

I played this Schoenberg by Howard Klepper at Schoenberg today. Oh my, oh my. This is quite simply one a the nicest guitars I've ever laid hands on. The sound is . . . perfect. There is simply no other way to put it. The sound could not be improved upon, in my opinion. The neck . . . perfect. The playability . . . perfect. I pick pretty hard, and Eric and James were both surprised to hear no buzzing even though the action is fairly low. I'm totally in love with this guitar.

Nice! Would love to give that a try.

Beautiful guitar, indeed . . . hope it survived the flooring nails . . .

Wow... I'm not sure who to congratulate... but I guess it would be Eric, on getting this beauty from Howard! Gorgeous!
Howard is a luthier's luthier.... the screws are in simul-orientation!

Wow, what a classy guitar...

I was just wondering if the slight misalignment of the b tuners screws were a artistic statement from Howard regarding the somewhat anal retentive nature of guitar makers.

Good eye there! That would be a deal killer for me.:D

Are you buying this one Juston?

Juston, sell the new bike and buy this guitar!

Juston, I think this guitar already has your name on it.

It's a real beauty -- and being a purfling guy I really love the custom multi-coloured backstrip and top edging. The overall colour scheme is very attractive.

If it sounds like heaven on top of that, you really need to adopt it.

Currently looking up the Blue Book value on my kids.

$146 - $455k per child for first 18-years...:)

I guess I learned the kids are liabilities, not assets. Go figure.

Anyway, the Schoenberg is now in my office instead of Schoenberg. :)

That may be to compensate for the slight flat tuning that often has to be done to a B string. ;)
