BSG J33F Brazilian Rosewood/Cedar (SOLD)
10 Attachment(s)
I'm looking to sell my BSG J33F.
The BSG J body size is similar to a Taylor x14 or Grand Auditorium. It has a slightly larger lower bout than an OM. Back and sides: Brazilian rosewood (solid wood and very beautiful figuring and color) Top: Cedar Neck width: 45mm String spacing at bridge: 60mm Scale length: 645mm Binding: flamed koa Purfling: mother of pearl Pickup: LR Baggs Anthem Condition: very good, with a couple small impressions in the cedar top and binding, but nothing significant. No cracks or repairs. The frets are in great shape and show hardly any wear. The action is comfortable and the saddle is still nice and tall. The neck is straight. Tone: Dark and warm. Strong bass and trebles thanks to the Brazilian rosewood, but the mids are also present due to the body shape. Thanks to the cedar top the guitar is very responsive. The cedar top and wider string spacing at the bridge make the guitar perfect for fingerstyle, but the guitar also strums quite well. New price: over 5000 Euro Sale price: 2500 Euro The guitar is currently in Switzerland, but can be shipped from Germany to avoid import difficulties in to the EU. Trade offers are welcome. Lots more photos available on request [email protected] |
Bump to the top with a new price of 2500 Euro. Hard to beat considering TFOA just sold a similar BSG for 4500 Euro!

Great guitars! If I didn’t already have a BSG, I’d be interested. They also do great cedar tops!
