Pro tools Trail and ilok cloud help
 

I can use some help and clarification about using pro tools with Ilok cloud

I Downloaded the pro tools 11 30 day trial. When I try to activate I am not given the option to use the Ilok cloud option. When I pull up the I lolk manager I see t my pending license but the computer icon for the cloud is grayed out. When I go to “file” there’s no options for signing onto the cloud. Am I missing something. It seems I have to purchase a physical ilock 2 USB.

I did see this link. I think the issue is the Pro tools Trial is version 11. The Ilok cloud only works with version 12 (2018) and up. Argggg.

Ahh... that is probably the issue then. I wish I could be of more help but I'm not using ilok cloud, just the dongle.
