Humidification in the Case

Just bought my first solid wood archtop, a Loar LH-700 and even though we're seeing winter in our rear view mirror I am wondering about keeping the guitar humidified in it's case when winter returns. Flat tops are easy, F hole guitars, not so much. Is there a hose type of product that slips into the F hole?

How about a piece of sponge in an unsealed plastic bag, in the accessory pocket of the case? No need for special gadgets or for it to be inside the instrument.

I second the "sponge in a baggie" solution -- you could also use a "hose type thing" called a Dampit (www.dampits.com).

Yeah, I've used the sponge method with my flat tops but it seems like you're humidifying the case as much as the guitar. I'd prefer the dampit. I'm probably overthinking this :)
