Wow, they're really stinking up the second half, losing it 7-3 so far. The Patriots suck! ;)

Which is nearly nobody outside of New England and a few others who are from there. They've been doing this for almost 20 years. Which has gotten old. I fully concede they're the greatest team in NFL history and I attribute that about 85-90% to Belichek and the other 10-15% to Brady. I respect them enormously but I'm ready for them to just go the hell away...

Yep...you mad. Belichick is a great coach, perhaps the greatest, but to give so little credit to Brady is ridiculous.

Exactly... Pats better play well in KC though.

And they did!
This will be their 8th AFC Champ game in a row.
Amazing.

So, just to be clear, are you saying I'm mad as in angry, or as insane? Just curious about which type of insult you're hurling at me.

And you seem surprised that a team that's been a dominant dynasty for almost two decades is pretty largely disliked by people outside of their immediate fanbase. Can you name any situation were that's NOT true? When a team wins after not winning for a long time, or ever, everyone loves them. Everyone loved the Red Sox in 2004. A shocking number of people were really happy for the Eagles last year. I was really happy when the Pats won their first one against the Rams back around 2000 or whichever year it was. But after several years of dominance, nobody likes those teams except those inclined to be their fans due to geography or just general bandwagon jumping.

I acknowledge the Pat's greatness, but I guess we'll have to disagree on how to apportion the credit. But I'm deathly sick of them and will be glad to see them exit stage left one year real real soon. So sue me.

One thing I’m sure is that they’re not playing the same Chiefs they played earlier this season.

31-42 Chiefs.

It seems Brady gets all the credit. That O Line is arguably the best in football.
Brady never gets touched and the line opens up running lanes my grandma could get at least 4 or 5 yards a try on.
It's been that way since forever. I don't understand why these so-called professional analysts don't mention this. Give Rivers that line and I guarantee you he would look like a superstar too.

Yet another Pats hater.

*sigh*

Nice turnover by Brees on opening move [emoji51]

They were great this game, but they haven't been great most of the year for sure.

It'll be tough, but I think it's actually better for the Pats than their first game. There's more tape on Mahomes and KC has slowed down.

Amazing.

That was a beat down. Patriots played great but I don't think the Chargers brought their best game. On to Kansas City!

To those Pat fans who have been following them since Jim Plunkett was drafted, and in the 80s when they had the most talented/underachieving roster, these years are a just reward. Truly earned. And Kraft is a big part of the equation. Unbelievable.

It’ll be an interesting game for sure. Mahomes has got some crazy baseball like passes. Hope he throws the sidearm and no look passes next weekend. [emoji4]

Refs are taking over the Saints/Eagles game. Just my opinion.
