Are there any slotted peghead tuners out there that rival the smoothness of the Gotoh 510 solid pegheads? If there are, I sure haven't found them.

Anyone tried these?

Is the orientation or other differences between slotted tuners and solid tuners a problem in matching that same 510 "feel" in the slotted tuners?

The closest you'll get from Gotoh is the SEP700, 770, & 780 (gold, chrome, black).

I have no idea if anyone stocks them, but i know Allparts will special-order anything Gotoh (and they have for me - I appreciate it and so do my customers).
