Bruce only uses handpicked tonewoods. They are all master grade or higher.



Top: Adirondack well seasoned. Nice medullary lines

Back n sides: absolute Brazilian rosewood. The very excellent stuff.

Hide glue

Mahogany neck

Ebony fretboard and bridge

Pearl abalone “birds in flight” inlays up and down the fretboard

Gold fret wire

Schaller GrandTune Gold/Galaith

Scale 25.4”

Spacing at bridge: 2 5/16”

Nut: 1 3/4”

Nut and bridge are bone

Headplate and backplate: Brazilian RW

Snakewood bindings and back strip

An amazing multi-ringed snakewood rosette

TorTis pick guard

Upper: 10 3/16”

Waist: 9 1/2”

Lower bout: 15”

Depth at heel: 3 1/2”

Depth at tail: 4 1/4”

Hoffee custom fit case. Has some road wear from California to Memphis and back.

This is a really exceptional guitar and stands out in every way. I’ve had 30-40 guitars pass through my closet and this is one of only three that I have held on to since purchasing this in late 2015.

I bought this just before being packed up by Bruce to take on his road trip to Memphis. I agreed to allow him to take it swith him for the road trip.

Amazing guitar from an awesome seller. When Alan is selling a long-time keeper, it's time to sit up and take notice!
