Hibari Classical Guitars?
 

I recently picked up a classical guitar (model 185) manufactured by Hibari and the label says it was distributed by Trio Guitars of California. I can only find a few mentions of the brand/guitar online and it appears to be from Japan around the 60-70's.

Can anyone tell me about the brand and quality of the guitars as well as who Trio Guitars of California is?
