Hiscox case pads

Does anyone have some small pads that Hiscox makes for their cases?

Or if you know of a dealer other than across the pond where I could buy them?

Thanks,

Jay

Red or grey?

When I emailed Hiscox about additional case pads they sent me 4 of them for free. Took a couple of weeks to arrive. Great customer sevice!

Hi Phil. Gray pads will match the interior.

Pine, I'll give that a try as well.

Thanks!

Sorry, my materials are for making red ones for the older cases.

In 2010 when I ordered two cases for unusual size or configuration instruments, they included 4 extra pads at my request but also included a bag of "off cuts" from the red liner cover fabric. Many of the pieces are large enough to be able to make my own pads of a variety of thicknesses depending on the foam used.

The fabric has been very useful for modifying cases for Manzer-wedge guitars that needed body support on the thinner side, for a 23" scale tenor guitar in their small classic case that needed support at the body base to keep the head in the pocket beyond the storage compartment, and for shallower bodied instruments that have larger lower bouts than will fit in shallow-body cases.

I also recently traded a newer gray-interior OM case for an older red-interior case so I could customize the case for a slightly smaller instrument. Love these cases!

Phil
