Fender Deluxe Reverb Ash Dovetail Cabinet
This is a solid Ash cabinet I built for my Deluxe Reverb, I also built one out of Mahogany that I prefer so I'm going to let this one go. I built it using half blind dovetail joinery, rear panels are made from solid Oak, baffle is 1/2" baltic birch, leather handle, rubber feet, chassis shielding, and wheat grill cloth. Contrasting black grain fill finished in a smooth satin hand rubbed amber finish. This will fit vintage Deluxe Reverb, Reissue Deluxe Reverb, or similar sized chassis to a deluxe reverb which is [1-⅞” x 22-⅜” x 7”]. mount screws for the speaker are included, all you'll need to do is transfer over your chassis/speaker/reverb. Note that this sale is for the cabinet only, the last few photos are to give you a reference of what the cab looks like with the chassis/speaker installed. Located in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. I'm asking $450 plus shipping and any payment fees. I accept paypal/venmo/zelle/cashier check
Ash Cabinet Weight (No chassis/speaker/reverb): 18lbs Compared to original 1965 Fender DR cabinet: 13lbs https://i.imgur.com/YXMlvv2.jpg https://i.imgur.com/8CwCbgJ.jpg https://i.imgur.com/QQ6P6H3.jpg https://i.imgur.com/YZI8Op9.jpg https://i.imgur.com/UjYVKW7.jpg https://i.imgur.com/OLI3wXb.jpg https://i.imgur.com/A1zp4Ev.jpg https://i.imgur.com/xc4ZVjM.jpg https://i.imgur.com/tB0DdcS.jpg https://i.imgur.com/LktSKdE.jpg https://i.imgur.com/zyYtzDL.jpg |
Looks like you did a stellar job on that cabinet! Very nice!!!
I'm guessing the weight is substantially more than my '76 with a pine (?) box... Someone's going to be very happy with that cabinet, without doubt! |
Beautiful work on that cabinet Vee! Someone else buy this please. GAS, the problem is real. Good luck with your sale. ;)
