Me too!! I’d love to have a Bourgeois D-42, But that’s not gonna happen!!

Kind of surprised - just listened to the recordings on the site on a great pair of headphones. It doesn't sound anything like I expected it to!:eek:

I went back and listened to the videos and I LOVE the sound of it! It’s not as chimey as I figured it would be. I’d sure take it if someone on here wanted to buy it for me.

You just sit tight, Tnfiddler: I'm sure that any moment now some eccentric, good-hearted millionaire will happen along, hear your plaintive plea, and will buy you that guitar!

What you need to do now is practice looking plaintive - use a mirror to help perfect this irresistible facial expression:

Thank you so much for helping me out! I’m sure I’ll be totally fine playing my current Bourgeois that I just put down a few minutes ago. After owning it for nearly a year now, I’m still just amazed by the super clean tone that this guitar has.

What a beautiful instrument.

A bit fancy for my tastes, but it sure sounds purty!

An OM-42 style guitar in koa would be right up my alley - if I were ever to buy another wood guitar, that is. Love me some koa..... but I have two already. And I've really become fond of arm bevels lately, something more easily done in carbon fiber.
