Dana Bourgeois and his team pulled out gorgeous tonewoods for this OM Custom. Dramatically figured Brazilian Rosewood over Adirondack Spruce torrefied to perfection with Dana’s Aged Tone process. The finish is also completed to Dana’s AT specs plus hot hide glue construction throughout, making this 2015 OM Custom a lively and opened up powerhouse right out of the gate. Koa bindings and Waverly tuners complete the package. This Bourgeois has a balanced voice from treble to bass, with an added clarity and presence to the plain strings that really cuts through a mix. The setup is easy peasy and effortless, and the saddle string spacing is a comfortable 2 5/16” for a touch extra room for right hand fingerpicking.
