You have done well, my friend! Plus, I have really enjoyed watching your journey. :) Great guitars!

Here's my all solid group.

Left to right - Martin, Guild, Avalon, Larrivee and Gibson

I recently 'thinned the herd' and this is what's left. It works for me.

I’m down to two...and couldn’t be happier. Especially with these two - my trusty Martin D-41 and a new Taylor 317 Grand Pacific as my travel/backup guitar. :D

Just two acoustics - left one in the dryer way too long necessitating the second one. And three electrics, an amp, and a pedal board you can't see.

I have been purging... not counting the two guitars I have for sale, I have three now: a Martin 000-28, a Gibson Country Western, and a Martin D15. Feels good. Brencat your 000-18 Authentic is stunning...

Two very similar looking instruments with quite contrasting voices...

That’s a terrific trio that covers everything! You know, your “1968” J-45 is from a similar run as mine, which also came with a white batwing guard that I changed to a traditional shape firestripe. Very similar except for the sunset burst and double ring rosette — these are great sounding Gibsons!

Appreciate that Sal. It’s a killer guitar, warm and rich sounding with a big low end. Sounds nothing like a 000-18 standard or 000-18GE, btw. In a totally different league...

Love this picture of your guitars with hats!
How does that old "Hat" proverb go?
A different Hat for every occasion?
