Got some pics of lightning beneath the stars last night
|
Very nice!
|
Wow, very dramatic! Especially the first one - and the colours on the third one are lovely!
Nice one. We got some great videos and photos of an impressive thunderstorm over the Swedish mainland when we were visiting the island of Gotland one year. |
Wow, those are outstanding! Lightning is an amazing thing... something to be respected, for sure.
|
Rob, fantastic! Very ominous. The center of that first pic looks like a vengeful mouth opening up like some Iron Maiden tune or a Stephen King novel. Fear of the Dark.
|
Wow!!!! Great camera work by you and great show from Mother Nature.
|
Lovely!

Those are so cool! Nice work!

Beautiful; thanks for sharing

Awesome shots, Rob. You must be a patient man, as I can't imagine you timed those shots - guessing you took many more that ended up on the proverbial cutting room floor.
Love your sense of lighting! Great job. |

But it was really going off anyhow: |
I am so jealous. I have not seen lightning, or heard thunder in 20 years...more. We do not get it here. Or very very rarely.
