Mcilroy AS36 (Sold)

2012 McIlroy AS36
If you are thinking Lowden S model you would be right. Very similar size and the quality is right there, some would even say better. I'm a big Lowden fan so I don't take this praise lightly. This is a wonderful sounding and playing guitar. It excels in fingerstyle and with light picking. Wish I could keep them all, but just can't. I'm offering this at $old shipped in conus with PayPal gift. Be glad to take standard with you paying the fees. I'll include the spec sheet in the pics which should answer most questions. It does have a 1 3/4" nut and the top is the wonderful Italian Spruce with some bearclaw. The condition is excellent. If you have more questions please ask.

Now offered on Reverb for those more comfortable with that.

****Time to move this one on or put it into the keeper pile. Final price drop to Sold, buyer pays any shipping and payment fees if you choose that style payment. You won't regret this one. It is a fine instrument.****

2 3/16" string spacing at the saddle.

I am a former owner of this guitar. It is a wonderful instrument!

The AS36 is a rare bird. I spoke with Dermot Mcilroy last year and, at that point, he had made only 16 of these in his 15 years in business.

These are really nice guitars. I think jazzbone is looking for this very model. I'm sure he'll see it, may have his handle wrong, think that's it though.

Yep...she's a beauty and just what I'm looking to trade for. Unfortunately for me the owner needs to sell.

I can't imagine this hanging around too long.

Great looking guitar. Good deal from a good seller. Someone should buy this and remove it from my sight :)

I'd rather keep it local so I can buy it back if I get flush ;)
I'll give you the preferred buyer hand delivered price.

I am very surprised this one is still around. Don't see these come up often--particularly in this condition.

I have an AS model and they are SO comfortable to play and sound as good as the A model I used to have. McIlroy guitars are amazing. This one looks to be in fantastic shape and will make someone VERY happy.

Can't believe this is still listed. I can say with experience the tone of the Italian Spruce with Indian rosewood is a very sweet finger/flatpicking voice that can take a beating and growl if you need it to. Good luck with the sale, sir

Thanks for all the nice comments. Still available for now.

Holiday bump for a great guitar and trustworthy seller.

David is a great guy and my deal with him was smooth as could be. Best of luck with the sale!

Thanks again for the comments. Really nice guitar, don't let it slip by. Lot's of interest but still available.
