Strung up my second acoustic build today .
My first assembled by myself .
Mahogany top and sides with a walnut back in a 14 fret 00 .
It didn't explode and actually sounds good .
I gave it the recipient for a 3 day trial , just to see how it feels to her and get feedback .
After that time , I will complete the process .
There were some obstacles including life getting in the way , but it sure felt good to hear that first note .
Now , to complete that 12 fret 0 .

Once I get it back .
She has waited so patiently , I wanted her to have it ASAP for a trial use .

I should have known! Somehow I missed the apparent fact that you are actually building. Or forgot it . . . in which case great to know it again.

Christine has it to get familiar with until she gets a case , at which time , it will be returned for a final setup and released to malign my reputation forever . ;)
This has been a long time coming and a few twists arose along the way that were very much outside of my limited knowledge .
Great thanks to John Hall .
