This has been a awesome Large Condenser Microphone in my Studio. It excels on Male and Female voice. It also does extremely well on Acoustic Guitar and as a one source mic for acoustic and singing. It is not a mic that you get up close on. Its articulate with a warmth and high sensitivity.
The female to female 5/8 adapter is permanently attached as the plastic thread needed help and is now rock solid.
I have 3 MP3's I can send of a Male voice, Male voice with acoustic (one source) and a female voice (my wife) $349 shipped and paypaled / would also trade towards small studio electric amp
