Wow! This is a knockout and very creative! I think some people would reject using a great tonewood like Wenge on the grounds that it's rather plain-looking, but it also opens up the opportunity to add bold and beautiful elements like this. The end result is a guitar that is anything but plain!

Thanks! Ya she is a looker for sure :) I have only read positive things about the tonal properties of wenge and it was the only wood offered that I didn't already have.

Beautiful guitar, great details, fancy without being too much. Always wanted to try wenge. Was it difficult to pore fill it? Wondered about the best way with such a very porous wood.
