Dual Source Mix/Blender

Hi Everyone,
I have an Epiphone EF 500RCCE Masterbilt which has a dual source system - piezo and mag i.e. 2 x 1/4 jack outputs. I have been using an Ultra-DI D120... connecting both 1/4 outs into the D120 (switched to the link) a 1 x xlr out to my ID22 preamp. I have been been looking for a di/preamp that would allow me to properly adjust the volume of both outs independently. I have found one that may do what I need. has anyone used or is using this model i.e. 'Radial Tonebone Mix-Blender' ....

Are there any other suggestions of how to get the benefit of both outputs. I only have a 2 x channel Audio Interface and 1 channel is for the vocal mic.
Using a 1/4 TS cable allows me to blend between the piezo and mag but it's far from perfect

Cheers
Alan

Thanks very much Ralph for your reply, I'm interested but I read that it is specific to

"The inputs are specifically configured for electric guitars in terms of level and impedance". The box of course also works well with normal line signals.

Would you think it would be OK for acoustic guitar..?

BTW what a great buy your Epiphone AC model would be but I cannot find an AC model there are plenty of AJ models..?

Behringer MicroMix? 4 channels, super cheap, inputs are "min. 4.7 kΩ" according to the manual. Might be worth looking into. I have one that I sometimes use when I play on the street. It can even be battery powered if you are interested.

There is also...
Scatten MiniPre 2
K&K Dual channel preamp
Boss LS2

You may want to look at two channel blenders that have separate EQ on each channel which is designed to be used before blending.

I completely agree with above post that you will want not only volume controls for each signal but also separate eq for each signal. If you don't mind an older but excellent piece of gear, look at the Dtar Solstice. It's been in use by very accomplished guitarists and should be fairly cheap if used. I don't think there are any new ones go be seen. It is exactly what you need. Another example might be the Red Eye Twin. You could also use a small four channel mixer with two 1/4" instrument inputs. There are a lot of options. Good luck.

RedEye Twin is a great option if you do not need seperate EQ before blending. A less expensive option would be BOSS LS-2.
If you want separate EQ before blending a K&K two channel preamp does the job as a used DTAR Solstice does. On the opposite side of the price range you will find recommendations of the Grace Felix. In between there is the Headway (previous model with separate EQ).
