New Springsteen solo album - Western Stars
His first solo record in 14 years is pretty amazing, from what I've heard of three singles released so far, especially "There Goes My Miracle," in which he sings in what is described as a legato, bel canto-like voice. Themes evoke aging cowboys, the west, and much more. The string arrangements alone are worth hitting the repeat button, and the stunning image of the horse on the album cover makes me want to purchase the LP version just so I can look at it over and over.
