Up for your consideration is a near mint Northwood R80 Mini Jumbo. Street value of this build is $3,500. Northwood guitars are handcrafted in Canada, by John McQuarrie, and built with the highest quality Engelmann spruce top and absolutely gorgeous East Indian Rosewood back and sides. The neck is made of perfect quartersawn Mahogany. The fingerboard and bridge are ebony, and the square headstock is a bound ebony. Northwood's typically have the curved headstock - I actually prefer the square but I'm a Martin guy. 😀

I am the original owner of this exceptional guitar that is in perfect condition . . . no cosmetic or functional issues. Very minor playing wear. The well balanced, round sound and the size makes this guitar very versatile and comfortably to play. The bass rings forever and the overtones in midrange and top are outstanding.

Trade value is the same. I’m pretty open to other acoustics however it must have at least 1-3/4” nut and 2-1/4” bridge string spacing. Really, the only reason I’m selling this Northwood. A significant cash + trade would be preferable.
