**SOLD** 2014 Collings OM1 Walnut, Serial # 233XX **SOLD**

For sale is my beautiful Collings OM1 Walnut with upgraded 1 ¾ nut, Adirondack bracing, and no tongue brace in DEAD MINT condition… a perfect 10! I am the original registered owner.

Some say that the tone of Walnut is like a cross between Mahogany and Rosewood. I say take everything you like about the tone of a standard Collings OM1 (massive volume, a hot midrange, clarity, and balance), and then add extra sustain, overtones, and shimmer. This guitar is also very lightweight and was built with a gorgeous and totally silked out Sitka top.

Here are the key specs:

• Sitka over Walnut with Adirondack bracing and no tongue brace; 25.5” full scale
• 1 3/4 nut, 2 3/16” string spacing, standard OM mod-v neck (rounded soft-v shape)
• Cut-through vintage long saddle (drop-in, NOT glued)
• Ebony fingerboard and slotted ebony bridge with solid ebony pins
• Nickel Waverly butterbean tuners

I may regret this sale, but my primary focus is bluegrass and I’m mostly reaching for my dreads these days.
