Default Takamine TAN/EAN16C MIJ Loaded and Beautiful

I had this up before as a TAN16C which is how GC sold it to me used last year (from an out-of-state store of course). In looking at the label closer, I now think it was actually the EAN16C model probably sold as the TAN when the EAN's were discontinued ("T" looks like it was put over a different letter, almost certainly "E"). Supernatural series.
Good news is that, per my research, the EAN was identical to the TAN series, along with the Cool Tube pre-amp. Same solid spruce and rosewood, top-of-the-line appointments. Maybe original retailer had it as a transition model--no way to tell for sure.
Price is now lowered to $SOLD pending payment--- shipped which is a fraction of what either model was new. Sorry for the mix-up.

Hi There,

I believe that the "T" stands for tube... if it has a cooltube preamp, it is indeed the TAN16. I believe the "T" stamp was posted over the old EAN labels as they were making the transition to the newer electronics.

In any event, I love mine... it's a great no hassle plug-and-play instrument for gigging! This is a great price, for a great guitar. Best of luck with the sale!

It does have the Cool Tube pre-amp, and I do agree it was likely caught in the transition.

Guitar is in excellent cosmetic and playing condition; a couple very minor dings, but no cracks, repairs.

I love my AN10 and if I was in market for one with a pre-amp would definitely consider this one as that is a good price for a great sounding guitar.
