Bone saddle?
Will installing a bone saddle in a nylon guitar have the same effect as it would in a steel string? Does it effect the sound at all?

Yes, the harder the saddle..the more overtones you will get, even nylon...Solo

I had a bone nut and saddle installed in my Lapatrie Hybrid it made a noticeable difference. Price was around 120$ installed not a bad deal.

not the hot ticket for a bridge pick up. I think a synthetic is better...just my opinion
