Silent Night yet again weissenborn vs resonator edition

I'm 2 days from selling my resonator to even out the money spent on the weissenborn, so I did this little low quality comparison (better with earphones at full volume).
Learned mainly by ear from fahey's arrengement, and may add some embelishments next christmas.
So...
What do you guys think? Both are using exactly same string set.
To my ears:
Weissenborn - Airy/bright, more even volume between open strings and bar-ed ones;
Resonator - Funky/metallic, uneven volume between open and bar-ed strings;
