Recorsings using built-in mics from iPad/Tablet/Phone just dont sound good. And yes, I know "good" is very subjective.
What I want to do is record one acoustic gtr and one vox, alone, at my desk, and spend $50-100 on a usb mic that will sound warm and clear and maybe even grab the tone of the guitar Im using. What do you suggest? |

google usb mics. read the reviews. pick one. if you don't like it, try another. note that one or the other-vocals or guitar will probably suffer with only one mic unless you record one and then the other.
oh, and do a search of this subforum as it has been a subject in the recent past. play music!
