Default Well done, Heartbreaker Guitars.

I had to run down to Las Vegas yesterday for a medical appointment. Since my wife is out of town, (follow me here) I decided to make an appointment to visit Heartbreaker Guitars. I’ve never had to make an appointment to visit a guitar shop before, but I figured what the heck. When I arrived Brendon (the owner) greeted me at the door and escorted me into one of the two nicest acoustic guitar stores I’ve ever been to. The other is Artisan in Nashville.

I played an assortment of well cared for boutique instruments for almost two hours, always feeling welcome to try out more. It was a great experience, and refreshing to see someone successfully operating a “brick and mortar” specialized shop such as this.

Oh, and a Lowden Pierre Bensusan Signature Model followed me home. But that’s another post.
