Hey Ramon, thanks for the demo! I'm in love with my Ambi Space, so this has me intrigued. I might have missed this in your video, but does the parameter dial allow you to adjust bandwidth? I couldn't find this info on their website.

Well I guess by bandwidth you mean select range of frequencies and boost those - well the way this pedal works you have certain frequencies that you can boose or take away theres 10 in total - hope that exlpains it - its not like a mixing desk which I think you mean - where you select a range with one knob and then boost that.

Best
Ramon

seems like this pedal is more for electric players.
all the vids i see are around electric players.
with the exception of the one in this post .
(Thanks ramon for the post ..great demo.. great playing.)
Even the acoustic with the smiley face eq
was voiced rather electric to my ears.
The changes from true bypass to effect were subtle but noticeable.
this unit also lacks a di out so it would have to
be run inline on a pedal board . interesting concept this digitally controlled analog device.
if i played electric i might consider dropping
the 380 street price on this.. after i try it.

You can find bandwidth or "Q" adjustments on a lot of parametric EQs. Essentially, having this adjustment allows the gain to affect either a wide or narrow band of frequencies outside of the center frequency. Take a look at this Empress ParaEQ pedal as an example, the graphical representations along the top help to visualizer what I mean:

Being able to set a narrow Q allows you to dial out problem frequencies without removing ones that are otherwise contributing to good tone. Hope this makes sense, and thanks again for the demo

Is there any advantage here over your average graphic EQ other than just the ability to recall presets?
